We highly recommend that you perform a browser check before logging in to ensure your computer is properly configured to use WebCT.

Java Security Certificate

After logging in to WebCT, you will be prompted to accept a Java Security Certificate. You must click Yes or Always to ensure that WebCT functionality using Java will work properly in your browser.

Javascript Check

Javascript is not enabled!

Almost every part of WebCT relies on Javascript for the ability to generate interactive web pages. You must have Javascript enabled to do anything in WebCT.

NOTICE:

You will not be able to login or access your courses until classes begin.

Please allow up to 24 hours for account activation if registering after or on the day classes begin.

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:

Your WebCT username is the same login used for your GSCC Student Email System (for example 'bjohnson3486').
Your WebCT password is your six digit birthday (for example 032175).

If you do not know your Student Email login, direct your browser to the Online Student System:

Enter your Student Number and Pin Number
Click the 'Go' button next to 'Change Address/Email Address'
Your WebCT ID is the first initial last name four random numbers before the @ sign in the Student Email Address window; for example 'bjohnson3486'
Your WebCT Password is your six digit birthday; for example 032175. You may change your password after logging in the first time.

NOTICE: Access Codes

Many WebCT courses use E-Packs, text book publisher created content; these courses require a Student Access Code that is purchased with your text. You will enter this code one time after you login and then will not have to enter it again. If you purchased your text from another source, please contact your instuctor for instructions.
